How can you tell if you have a diamond or cubic zirconia?

The earing has 3 markings on it, and I don’t know what they mean.
1.) The first is “929″.
2.) The second is “TH”.
3.) The third is either “CU” or “SU”, I can’t tell.
Can anyone tell me what these markings mean and if it is worth anything?
